| Working for you behind the scenes
The Royal Blind Society is grateful to an increasing number of supporters who donate both time and money to help improve the quality of life for people with little or no sight.
Some of them are companies or charitable trusts; others are individuals who support our work by regular giving or by working as volunteers.

Our volunteers all give their time to help blind and visually impaired people and to increase the reach and effectiveness of the Society’s work.
Some work as voluntary fundraisers – for example Nigel Garry (pictured left), his wife and their team of two dozen friends and volunteers in South Yorkshire.
Others work as hotel supporters looking after our guests or working behind the scenes, for example as a part-time bookkeeper or office assistant.
We have opportunities for volunteering at both The Bradbury Hotel and the Belmont Hotel, and for volunteer fundraisers throughout the UK.
